DIPLOMADO: INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT & INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY

The essence of the diplomaDO:

The world of International Mobility is in full mutation. The Covid-19 crisis accelerated certain changes that were coming, but now they are at the door.

It is important that International Mobility professionals are updated, that they have a vision of these disruptive changes that are going to affect the profession.

The objective is to have a clear vision of the new reality and thus adapt without becoming overwhelmed and/or obsolete.

This Diplomado will allow all Mobility actors
understand the new challenges and better manage the expatriates and the international staff in general of their companies.

Focus more on the psychological and emotional part of expatriation and less on the administrative part. Better understand what expatriates and members of their families experience and thus generate better empathy with them.

Participants in the Duplimado follow the distance classes by ZOOM or in person, and at the end they will obtain a Certificate with double recognition, French for LCA LEARNING and Mexican by the Consultant OLIVIER SOUMAH-MIS.
