INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT AND GLOBAL MOBILITY:

The essence of the diplomado:

The world of international mobility is changing. The Covid-19 crisis has accelerated some of the changes we expected, but which are already underway.

It is important for international mobility professionals to catch up, to have a vision of these disruptive changes that will affect the profession.

The objective is to have a clear vision of the new reality and thus adapt without becoming outdated and/or obsolete.

This diploma will enable all those involved in international mobility to understand the new challenges and to better manage expatriates and international staff in general in their companies.

Focus more on the psychological and emotional part of expatriation and less on the administrative part. To better understand what expatriates and their family members go through and thus create more empathy towards them.

The objectives of the Diploma:

  • To update the knowledge of all those involved in international mobility.
  • To provide a clear vision of the changes already taking place in the profession.
  • To enable all actors to anticipate and adapt to the new reality.
  • To professionalize the different agents of international mobility.

The essence of the diploma:

The world has changed. We have made a qualitative leap, so we must adapt to a new reality as managers.

As entrepreneurs, we have to develop competencies more than ever, but above all we have to encourage multinational companies to rethink their organizational structures in foreign markets.

Only those companies and individuals who adapt to these changes, such as those brought about by this new pandemic, will survive.

The objectives of the diploma course:

  • To train and prepare managers and executives to have a global vision of business.
  • And able to develop their business in different cultural environments.
  • To manage and lead multicultural teams.
  • And, above all, to solve global business problems.
